Developed by the Sport Science and Coaches Education Departments of the US Ski and Snowboard Association.
Use the six assessments of the CD-ROM to establish a physical profile of junior athletes. The tests are intended to be an easy way of assessing the junior athlete and their conditioning program.

- Identify the relative strengths and weaknesses of an individual athlete.
- Refine training programs and assess athlete responses over time.
- Foster the continual increase of coach and athlete conditioning knowledge resulting in an improved quality of training prescription.
